Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Process orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
- Handle correspondence and follow up with clients.
- Schedule meetings, sales calls, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and track sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualification: B.COM/BBA/MBA or relevant qualification
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skill and Ability: Business Administration, Sales Coordination Cold Calling, Tender Preparation
