Job description

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements
  • Make follow-up calls/emails to customers for additional assistance and updates
  • Convey customer feedback and suggestions to the Manager to enhance service quality Experience.

Qualification: Inter/Diploma/ BCOM/BA
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
